After a telephone contact on the displayed number regarding a problem with a product, the employee on the other end of the phone asked when you bought the device to make sure if the product is under warranty or not and after making sure that the warranty period has passed the direct answer was to bring the product to the service because I have no information about the device.As long as someone contacts you about a product that was bought from you, they mean that they are a customer and maybe you should pay more attention to have "your" customer

I purchased a bread maker some days ago in this place it is an ok place nothing special lots of boxes,looks more like a garage where you keep your things that dont use daily.
